Find out about your rights and obligations under the ICAC Act.

UPDATE 1 JULY 2020

On 29 June 2020 Step 3 of the South Australian government’s Roadmap for Easing COVID-19 Restrictions came into effect, detailing the actions required to recommence activities such as indoor public meetings. ICAC is now in the process of planning events and training sessions for the remainder of the year and we will endeavour to confirm our list of events in late July.

SA public officers are encouraged to register for the ICAC Online Learning Portal and complete the ICAC Induction for Public Officers and ICAC Conflicts of Interest courses.

Seminar: ICAC Awareness for Public Officers

The Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner regularly make themselves available to talk to public officers about the role and functions of the ICAC and the OPI.

The presentations address the types of conduct that public officers must report, what happens to these reports and what is expected of public officers.

Audience questions are welcomed.
