On 23 May 2017, two public officers were charged with criminal offences amounting to corruption under the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012 (ICAC Act).

A 46-year-old man from Morphettville was charged with one count of aggravated assault, and a 30-year-old man from Torrensville was charged with one count of aggravated assault causing harm.

The alleged offences are said to have occurred on 25 October 2013 at Whyalla Stuart.

Both men have been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court at 10am on 28 July 2017.
