Contracts and Procurement Officer

$63,681 - $ 67,868 p.a. pro rata (ASO3)
Part time 0.6 FTE contract appointment for up to two years

Play a critical role supporting the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption’s office and Office for Public Integrity to promote and preserve integrity in South Australian public administration.

An integral member of the Corporate Services Section, the Contracts and Procurement Officer provides compliant contract tracking and procurement services to the organisation.
Working collaboratively with business owners, in particular with information technology specialists, preparing high quality corporate procurement and contract documentation is a critical measure of success in the role.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you must possess:

  • Experience in preparing, editing and formatting professional business documentation using clear and succinct expression.
  • Experience in administering accurate and timely data within relevant registers, databases and business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively organise workload, determine priorities, manage competing deadlines and cope with high volumes of work.

Special conditions

Applicants may be required to undergo psychometric profiling. 
Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a statutory declaration verifying their statement of claims.
Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory security and integrity assessment and evidence of Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
