Legal Officer

Contract appointment up to 2 years

Provide high quality legal advice to support the statutory functions of the Commissioner and the Office for Public Integrity. Provide legal advice and support for investigations into potential issues of misconduct and/or maladministration as directed by the Commissioner.

Assist the Commissioner to identify and respond to strategic issues associated with the discharge of statutory functions. Represent the Commissioner in the Supreme Court of South Australia in relation to applications made under the ICAC Act.

Lawyers with administrative law and/or corporate law experience are encouraged to apply.
