Legal Services and Reviews Officer

Contract appointment for up to 2 years

The Legal Services and Reviews Officer provides high quality legal advice to support the statutory functions of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption and the Judicial Conduct Commissioner.

Reviewing investigations undertaken by agencies, the Legal Services and Reviews Officer identifies shortcomings and provides recommendations to the Commissioner.

The Legal Services and Reviews Officer also reviews complaints received by the Office for Public Integrity about judicial conduct and makes recommendations to the Commissioner in his capacity as the Judicial Conduct Commissioner.

Experience in administrative law and/or corporate law is encouraged.
