Play a critical role in supporting the Commissioner and Office for Public Integrity to promote and preserve integrity in South Australian public administration.

A challenging, fast-paced and multifaceted role supporting the Office for Public Integrity, ICAC Investigations, Legal, and Prevention and Communications Sections as assigned, the Operations Support Officer is responsible for receiving, registering, and maintaining complaints and reports, systematically considering, organising and documenting a wide range of information and preparing research and other memoranda relevant to an investigation, report or evaluation.

As a minimum, your application must demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service skills over the telephone and in person.
  • An ability to use judgement to interpret and analyse information to develop practical solutions to issues.
  • An ability to analyse and succinctly summarise volumes of information.

Special conditions

Applicants may be required to undergo psychometric profiling. 
Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a statutory declaration verifying their statement of claims.
Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory security and integrity assessment and evidence of Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Successful applicants not immediately appointed to the position may be merit listed for vacancies arising over the next 12 months.
