STATEMENT BY THE HON. BRUCE LANDER QC, INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER AGAINST CORRUPTION

I announced earlier this year that I would investigate the transaction involving the sale of State owned land at Gillman, to Adelaide Capital Partners Pty Limited.

I have now completed and published my report into that transaction. The report is available on the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption website.

It is a necessarily long report because I thought it was important to set out relevant evidence that impacted upon my findings.

The report is partly redacted to accommodate claims of commercial-in-confidence information and legal professional privilege.

I do not intend to make any further comment on the transaction. The report speaks for itself.
