The Commission will make available a media liaison person.

The ICAC Act requires all investigations be conducted in private. The legislation does not allow the Commission to comment on operational activities, except in very narrow circumstances. If you need some assistance or clarification relating how the scheme works, please contact us.

Members of the media should be aware that it is an offence to publish information about a matter having been reported, referred or investigated under the Act, without the prior authorisation of the Commissioner or the Director OPI. Strong penalties apply.
