The Review of Legislative Schemes relates to the review of the legislative schemes governing oversight and management of complaints about police, and complaints and reports about public administration in South Australia.
As a result of the review, recommendations were made to address some of the serious problems in the existing system, particularly in relation to delay, duplication, complexity and formality.
