As a result of an investigation by the Commission, a 61-year-old man from OB Flat was charged with six counts of wilfully making a statutory declaration, knowing that declaration to be untrue in a material particular.

After a Commision investigation into the conduct of public officers employed by a state government statutory corporation, a 57-year-old man from the eastern suburbs has been arrested.
